- carefully read description as most questions can be answered by looking at it! - if you can’t move your elements around, save your progress and refresh the site - if ‘PAGE NOT FOUND’ shows up, make sure you have a VERIFIED ACCOUNT (email). if your account is verified and that still happens, contact carrd by going to carrd.co/dashboard/help. - have an already made carrd account before progressing with tutorial and make sure you save (publish/make a draft) your site from time to time so you don’t lose progress. if you do lose it, there’s sadly nothing we can do about it as we don’t provide free templates! - if the captioned settings are different than what you see on the screen - most of the times it’s because we made a mistake while making and the captioned settings are the correct one’s. however, we may still make mistakes, so sorry in advance and please be careful while watching!

hi, i saved my carrd and when i click the arrows it doesnt bring me to section 3, just straight back to section 1. do you know how to fix it? also great tutorial!

@@lovjbini basically, how do you get the image where you put the background? :) im not seeing it anywhere and I think you pressed a button on your laptop / computer ^^

if i understand correctly - do you mean around like 0:13 when they got the background up there? just click the background part (the part that isnt the white box), theres no button to press they just clicked the screen
