Beautiful home for a beautiful family! I don't like the term "low budget",even if you were looking at a house in City Housing, it is what you need at the time, I see so many people trying to catch up with the "Jones", and can't afford it, ended up losing everything! I love this house, I had a 3 bedroom and it worked out perfectly 🥰, because I kept it well cleaned, my children had a great place to play, look at TV, it was very cozy and very comfortable!,and loving! Stay Encouraged, stay blessed always! 🙏🏽 🌝

Frist off minks I love this house my fav is the kitchen and at the end of the day it's what you like and what you and ur husband can afford because u don't wanna move and then can't afford it later on and it looks like a nice neighborhood. But thats what we had to do me and hubby when we brought our first house 2018 and my kids getting older and i plan on looking again in a few years so u can always move again 😘😘

Hey Minks and Family, This is a loving home. I agree with the other subscribers that you should have a starter home before you can get the forever home. The backyard is enough size for the kids. The half bath I would see if you can make it a full bath at least one with a shower only. The main thing is getting something that you can afford. Thank you for bringing us along the house search. Nice home my first home was about that size and we had 4 kids at the time we lived there for 23 years because of the neighborhood very quiet with older people that took care of their home and yards you and your husband can make it work if that’s what you guys want to do.

The bottom line is to obtain affordable housing for your family that provides security and has sufficient space to comfortably house and accommodate them in that space and the surrounding community. Can you easily pay the rent/mortgage, have and build enough Cushion for a rainy day to be settled for some time in whatever home you choose, where the family can thrive and memories start to form. I love this house especially the Enclosed backyard and space for the children. God Bless and continued success on your journey.

Not a bad home for the lower end of your budget. Really nice backyard. The kitchen, laundry and living areas are not bad at all. Don’t recall seeing a pantry. Not sure if you would store food in the laundry room area, but maybe I missed the pantry on your walk-through. There are a few closets for storage which is nice but, the bedrooms are small and that one and a half bath situation seems real limiting for your big family. Cobwebs and bugs would mean you would potentially need to exterminate before moving in. I agree with you, that this may not be the one. Not sure which of the previous houses came with a garage but remember, a garage offers a whole lot of storage space for a big family.

Minks it’s a lovely older home. If you plan on being in the home for five years you probably will need a four bedroom. Get what you need first and then what you want and can afford for the next five years.

Heyyy Minks, Loving the storage spaces n the backyard with the beautiful deck ! 😀❤️. Spiderwebs n bugs means you would have to get it sprayed real good before you even moved in n do it yourself or course with chemicals that's safe. 😀 I think you just need the rooms to be a litter bigger .ijs. Nice peaceful neighborhood and the yard nice for the kiddos . But the master room kinda small and no bath tub or shower that’s a dealbreaker 🤔 keep the home tours coming though we love to see it 🤗🤗

The house was nice when your children go in the backyard of the homes always go out there and check the yard I remember one day I moved into a home and it had like a sinkhole in the back and the landlord had it covered up I was so scared to let my kids go back there and play I would never let my children go play in the backyard because of the sinkhole he had it covered up he said it was a whole word it used to be a cesspool but I did not trust it so always check your backyard when your children are there with you while you are looking at a home just saying

The Backyard and Fence was PERFECT for the Kiddo's, No Bushes, Plant's or Tree's to Have to Trim or Rake Leave's. B-u-t, I Get What You're Sayin' about the House. Would Be a Really Nice Starter-Home for Some though. Now, is a Good Time to Purchase or Sell. All across History, House's Alway's Go UP In Value. There may have been Time's when Not so Great, but That was also CONTROLLED By Not So Great, BAD People. It is Alway's Better to Own.👍Don't "Settle" for Somethin' Y'all Don't L💜V. PRAY about it and GOD will Lead Ya' to just the RIGHT One. Have FUN and Keep On Keepin' On ! ! 🙂

Please consider that home because it seems nice plus you don’t want to pay at the top of your budget because you don’t want to be on a bind and have to do a go fund me! Just trying to look out for you and your family not trying to be funny! So many of us live above our means or pay check to pay check and you don’t want to find yourself in that situation is all that I’m trying to say!!! Happy house hunting! Plus you may have things go wrong I the house that needs to be repaired like right away!

The girls have a room, the boys have a room, there’s the big backyard where the kids can play safely and wear themselves out. If it’s below budget, great, that helps you save more for your purchase. I think it’s good right now while your kids are younger. In five years they will be wanting their own space and you will have saved enough to find that “forever” home for your family. Stay positive, manifest and everything will fall in place.

That was the older builders did in design. Grew up in one like that. With 5 girls and one bro, it took some juggling but it worked. Dad never wanted to go over budget, so Mom dressed the doll hose, we were happy.

Hey girl hey. You are winning with that backyard, frontyard, children friendly flooring, new fence and new deck. The 1st room is an office but you can turn it into a playroom. This home is nice not low budget. You can call it a starter home and build up equity in the home then rent it out or sell it in the future. The home is move in ready no home improvements, yes sis, put an offer in....
