The melody is a sample of "Endgames-Ecstacy" . Paisleys finest. I own the keyboard it was probably played on, a Korg Poly800. It still has "David Murdoch" written on the end of it in black ink marker.

One of the most talented crews I've had the pleasure to do work for (audio mastering). These guys are dope, not just trying to fall into what's already out there and Debonair P is deadly as a turntablist alone (in addition to being a very talented producer and mix engineer). I don't listen to all of the projects I work on after finishing them, but these guys' music is always on my playlist!!
@ROBBIEP2 жыл бұрын
hey clean work on the master you still doing it?
@luifranco14572 жыл бұрын
@@ROBBIEP Hey man, thank you!! Yea, selectively - tbh I’ve become a bit disheartened by the recording/mixing quality of a lot of projects these days and have been turning down jobs when they are already too loud and distorted. If I have no room to work, I rather not get involved ‘cus then I’m not using my best skills/cool DIY analog tools I’ve put together over the years. The projects I work on now check off all the quality marks, but that’s also made me less popular with for people who want to send me a collection of distorted mixes just to put them together for them, lol! Appreciate the comment 🙏🏼 Peace!

Somebody always asks who the sample is from? here is tha answer The band that the sample or whole track was taken from was Glasgow based electronic geniuses ENDGAMES a.k.a G42!! ENDGAMES are still recording and have a myspace as do G42, doing Productions,collaborations and re-mixes etc for acts like Lil Flip.Game,M&M & 50. Oh and the song was called ECSTASY (Instrumental) or Centurion Mix I think? Heavy D and the boyz, Lil Flip ft Mya, Lenisha and now Low Budget! have used this classic groove.
@jerrylangford755015 жыл бұрын
Another good adaptation of Endgames Track "Ecstasy" also used by Heavy D and the Boyz,"Nuttin' But Love", Lil Flip ft Mya "Flippin" and Lenisha "Just Dance" to name a few! great groove!

I do believe that Aussie hiphop can be King without starting it. And in case you haven't noticed, there's a particularly large gap between Australian Hiphop and American Hiphop. But of course, if the Americans didn't invent it, then it wouldn't exist, right? That is what you're insinuating. Which hardly makes any sense. American's didn't invent pasta, yet I still eat that on a weekly basis...Oh, and I'm wearing clothes right now, but that doesn't make sense, because America didn't invent that.

These guys really are low budget, they sample more than 8 bars from an original recording, then don't acknowledge the source, I dare say they collect royalties on that recording. "Low Budjet" Plagarists and cheapskates more like. I will keep posting this until you acknowledge the recordings you used.
