It's not a hijab if it shows your neck. It is just a scarf. The hijab must cover the neck, shoulders and chest.

Assi Assi hey hey! Wearing an under cap will help with not having your back baby hairs stick out. I sometimes also use water and tuck them inside the scarf as much as possible!
