Low-calorie buns for homemade burgers without wheat! NO eggs, NO dairy products
INGREDIENTS:
✔️ 140 g corn flour.
✔️ 20 g psyllium seeds (plantain).
✔️ 20 g flax seeds (I have light ones).
✔️ 1 tsp garlic powder (optional).
✔️ 0.5 tsp erythritol (can be excluded).
✔️ Salt to taste.
✔️ 1 tsp baking soda.
✔️ 260g water.
✔️ 1 tbsp lemon juice.
+ Cornmeal for boning.
We bake in the oven at 185-190 degrees C for 30-35 minutes.
Total per 100 grams:
Calories - 124.51 kcal.
Protein - 3.19 g.
Fat - 2.21 g.
Carbohydrate - 22.89 g.
