Low Calorie High Protein Pork Bistek Tagalog recipe
Hello 👋 guys just want to include you guys into our fitness journey here in America 🇺🇸. We are now a family of 3 so we have to be more conscious of the way we eat but we also need to make sure that the foods are still tasty. So in this recipe I make sure that it still tastes good even if it’s low calorie I hope you guys enjoy this filipino food recipe.
Low Calorie High Protein pork Bistek Tagalog recipe:
Ingredients:
1 lbs Pork Tenderloin Loin
2 Lemons 🍋
1 Onion 🧅 (the more the merrier 🤣)
2 tablespoons chop garlic 🧄
1/4 cups soy sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar
Avocado 🥑 oil spray
Procedure:
1. Extract the juice from the lemons 🍋.
2. Cut the onion 🧅 and meat 🥩
3. Then mix pork, lemon 🍋 (juice and peel), garlic, soy sauce and vinegar.
4. Then set aside and marinade for atleast 30 minutes.
5. Then fry the marinaded meat 🍖 until it brown using the avocado 🥑 oil spray.
6. Then after frying the meat 🍖 sauté the onions 🧅 and garlic 🧄 into the oil we used in frying the meat.
7. Then when the aromatics caramelized put the cooked meat 🍖 in saute it in.
8. When it’s all well saute and mixed add the marinade in with additional soy sauce and vinegar.
9. Let it simmer then when the meat have enough flavors put the onions 🧅 in then that’s it! Well done 👍
