It varies with different styles of workouts - this a cardio workout, with higher reps and includes movements that move out from body centre - requiring lighter weights! 🙌 💪

Hey! Hey! I started the original unstoppable challenge at the new year 2024 baby and super excited for two reasons. Last year I was suffering from some serious old injury cause me grief. Did my best but not loving it as much as I could have. Well so happy today that one I’m loving the challenge and lifting 2x heavier that last year and two looking forward to the unstoppable challenge vol. 2🎉🏋️♀️

thank you, pj. another fun, different workout in the books that made me sweat and question life choices (or at least the # on the weights)! i do want to say too that your cues are always appreciated! when i started with you, they were eye opening as just a tweak of position would make the stretch or exercise so much more productive. now, i still fall prey to bad position when i forget or am tired so the cue is still great and still needed. when i am in the right position and i hear your cue, i'm just reminded of how much i've learned with you, how little i knew before. so very grateful for the calendar and all your knowledgeable hard work!!

This is probably my favourite cardio as far as cardios go haha it helped that I was in the mood to move it too I guess haha and I never feel like you are nagging! I love when you remind us how to properly bend and such. I NEED constant reminding because I'm always worrying I'm doing it wrong so thank you for the reminders! :)

This workout seems innocent enough but my HR got up to 159 BPM! Definitely feeling the burn with those 8 lb presses but watching you just inspired me to keep going. LOVED IT and appreciate getting such an affect from low impact. Off to do one of your amazing ab workouts now... 😘

Thank you for the reminder to push through our heels. I have bunions; I think because I have a tendency to lean forward all the time, bearing most of my weight on the balls of my feet. I would hate to lift weights and reinforce poor positioning on my part! Thanks for doing YOUR part of sprinkling in posture recommendations. It's not nagging at al!!

DAY 21 COMPLETE 💯 But I found it hard today. I wasn't feeling the exercise drive today at all 😂 personally I call it laziness lol 😆 I'm the lazy one but I found it tough 🤣 I pushed through said glad that's done 😆 and had a shower and crashed It's simply amazing how 8 pound (4kg) dumbbells got sooooo hard they were like dead weight in my hands I was so tempted to drop them completely but I didn't I said hold on if you do that .....your cheating yourself 😆 What am I like 😆😂😂😆😆😂 Anyway day 21 is done cheers your one tough legend I'm glad to follow and makes me push through even on the tough days Cheers Steph 🇮🇪
