Sending love from USA (Pennsylvania). I have chronic back pain/Fibromyalgia. I've been in pain every day for last 25 YEARS. Praying you feel better. I find an electric heating pad definitely helps. I work 12 hour shifts as RN.

Sending lots of love right back to you. Back pain is the most annoying pain every lord knows. My back pain started when I was about 12 years old and it only gotten worse. I have had x-rays and an MRI and nothing is showing up. Gets super frustrating especially because it messes with my sleep. I do have an electric heating pad from amazon which helps tremendously. I apply deep heat that place the heating pad on my back and it helps so much. Sorry to hear that you have had the pain for 25 years, do they know what is causing it? Sending you lots of love and healing. ❤️

Open your windows for as many hours as possible a day that will clear the condensation up, it’s bad to live in damp home if that’s what you are experiencing that’ll not help your joints

I do keep my windows opened for hours daily. We have had a few leaks but I cannot see any physical mold. Thanks for the information. ❤️

Me too I’m not sleeping well and chronic pain/ health condition too it’s awful, 4 hours sleep last night, that sauce sounds nice, are those cookies dairy free I never knew that

Can I ask why you don’t shop at Lidl or Aldi or do you. I need to try that Epsom salt soak, you can make your own fruity water just add lemon or mint or cucumber etc

Lidl is out of the way for me. But I've shopped at Lidl lots in the past, honestly. I shop at Aldi for certain things. Edit: The fruity water is for my son and not myself. Certain textures puts him off so that is why I don't add pieces of fruit to his water. I am working on weaning him off the fruity water so we will see how that goes. Thanks for watching.

I sympathise with you, I get really bad back pain and I’ve found the only thing that’s hits it is a heat pad, works a treat. Those stock pots are great, I use the beef ones when making a bolognaise. Can I ask where you got the lovely bag with fishes on? Is there calcium in the yeast flakes? I have bad osteoporosis so need to get a fair bit of calcium daily. I shopped at M and S last week, got better produce, I got their gluten free Yorkshire puddings which are wonderful and overall it’s not too expensive.

Thank you, the pain is no joke right? Hope your pain eases soon. I use a plugin heat pad and apply some deep heat also and that helps along with taking a strong pain killer. Yes!!! Been using the stockpots since they first came out. The bag with the fish on is from Tesco but I bought it over 5 years ago or so. I am not sure about the calcium but I am sure it has b12. How did you find M&S and where do you usually shop if you don't mind be asking?❤️

@@jahcia The pain does ease sometimes but if I do a lot it comes back and then it’s time for the heatpad. Where we live there is a Tesco and a new addition of an Aldi so not too bad. I love M & S for shopping though but It’s quite a drive to our nearest M & S food hall, so I go there about once a month for the gluten free items and I stock up on their produce while there, it’s much better quality there. Our dentist, so every three months, is right by a big Sainsbury’s so I plan a shopping trip there next time I go. That Sainsbury’s have a good range of spices in large bags at bulk prices. Their olive oil is good too (sadly pricey now) They also have a great children’s line in clothes so I stock up for our grandchildren in their sales.

Love my heat pad. I notice the same thing when I do too much my back pain is worse. I love Sainsburys clothes. Love your little routine that you have to get your bits from stores that aren't near you. 🧡

I have had a collapsible washing up bowl I got from B&M that lasted me over 6 years. I only got rid of it last month as it got a leak from usage. I did return the ones i bought it Tesco as I realized they weren't the same high quality as the B&M one I had. Thanks for watching. ❤️

Haven't tried the mushroom stock yet but I've been using the other stocks for years. Will use the mushroom stock to make gravy and probably some soup. Thanks for watching.💛
