The reason Mel doesn't like the bag is because instinctively she knows it won't suit her. You must be tall and slim to carry it off, or you can end up looking exactly that. Not so tall and slim won't work either. I don't mind that bag but my problem is I don't like clutches. Oh and don't mention the cost...lol.

Yes I’ve seen it! I love the rope detail. I think the most important thing is that YOU love it. Some people will just not buy suede or velvet bags but personally I’m looking for a suede bag. You prob do need to take a bit more care, it wouldn’t be an everyday bag but I love the texture. Also I’m seeing a lot more brown bags come out. I don’t see the loulou bag as a shape going anywhere anytime soon xx

I'd say celine and salvatore ferragamo are amazing low key luxury bags. The only thing is that they don't have a gd resale value so you have to think wisely and figure out which bag from them will fit your lifestyle.

Hey Mel, do you like some of the newer Louis Vuitton bags that have a wide canvas strap? I like them, I think they look pretty cool and modern and then it would also depend on what bag it’s on. I would agree with you on the On The Go bag in that color combination red white and black, I do not like it at all. I also don’t like that large size. I agree with chloe bags. I do own one but it is the smallest mini chloe c bag in black which since its so small with just a c in the middle o get away with it. I was visiting family in new New york city during the Barneys ny going out of business liquidation sale. Original price was 1500 usd and i ended up getting it for 480 so was worth picking it up.

Of all the brands I think the most elegant is YSL, it is a discreet brand despite some gold hardware, but finally discreet compared to the ostentatious LV brand
