Everyone prays the Prayers at the Foot of the Altar in this video. Is this only limited to seminarians and clergy, or can lay people say the prayers together with the servers, too?

Anyone can say the serves's responses in a low mass.

I think different, unless you’re in a community that have a custom to do so, i think silence it’s the best in a Low Mass. It also destroys the “Active Participation” as mentioned in Vatican II.

The St Andrew missal explicitly states that the server in the low Mass speaks on behalf of the laity . The High Mass is the time that the laity may sing along with the Schola.

Good video. Why is the Traditional Latin Mass public enemy number one in the LATIN Church? Altar servers have so much more to do in the Tridentine Mass.

Because unfortunately the popes in this day of age, especially Francis, don’t l like the TLM, in fact Pope Francis is trying to get rid of it

Contrarily, my late mother -God rest her - used to say altar servers have nothing to do these days (Novus Ordo).
