High pitched ones occur when the music is being played in a fashion different from that in which it was recorded and becomes slightly 'sharp.' Low pitched ones occur when the music is played rather more slowly than it should be.

The Paramount theme sounds like something out of a Star Trek movie. Not surprising since it was done by Jerry Goldsmith who did several of the Trek movies and the themes for TNG, Voyager and DS9

Also, at 2:28, the New Line Cinema logo uses the theme of the Kinowelt logo, despite the fact that New Line didn't use the fanfare in their logo at all. (Granted, the video was posted in 2007, since this was during the time when people thought that the Kinowelt fanfare was an alternate theme of the 1994 New Line Cinema logo.)
