Your description of the initial move for the downswing is excellent. I can feel the added speed doing a practice swing. Hitting the ball at the same time is another story but I will try this move as soon as I can. Thanks.

why isnt Michael Jacobs top 10 teacher! where were you 20 years ago Michael. couple years ago I inadvertently did the table top drill and omfg the ball exploded off my clubs. I literally could do no wrong for weeks on end, I played new courses, no gps, totally unknown and broke 80 with no sweat. then I decided to watch some "right side only" drills and completely lost my game.

I like the first element. The club is coming up into impact and the handle is coming backwards. So why not just make swingpoint to the left thigh when your left arm is straight and boom there you have pro impact.

interested idea, this is anti lag and anti preservation of angular momentum, I will try on the range but fore sure I will give up some distance.

centrifugal forces and the L shape of the club square it up , as long as its on plain and in the right position . there's not enough time for anything else !!!

Great stuff but nothing new to me; by trail & error I was doing this stuff 40 years ago. I was was preaching the " early release" it's just recently that respected teachers are scientifically explaining it
