ENGLISH: Here's a thing that I forgot to quote in the video's introduction. During the three hours spent there before the concert's beginning, talking with Ryan, my friend Luca asked him if he was going to perform Nobody Loves me Like You, since it was a very important song to him. Ryan answered saying that he didn't know if he was going to play it, to not expect it because he almost never do that song in his shows. During the concert (43:40) he said that he was going to play a song that he always refused to perform, while looking straight at Luca. And he played it. It's a small act of kindness that shows Ryan's sensibility.

I'm really glad to see Ryan is out and about, I wish I could personally tell him that his music is a huge part of our lives. I remember that his first album was the only one that could help my wife calm down and now I sing his songs to my son before going to bed. We're hoping to go to one of his concerts soon even if it means going to a different country. I really, truly wish him the best.

I just watched this in our living room with my mom and sister, who had not really heard the music before (my sister had heard a few things). My hope was to see Low Roar live, at least once when possible, and to also take my mom and sister so they could see this artist I've listened to so often this past year and a half. I know this sounds silly, but I'd also been avoiding watching live videos of him because I just wanted to "save" the experience for actually seeing him live. I never got the opportunity before his recent passing (which shook me to my core), and I know so many others share the same experience. It's completely heartbreaking, for the loss of this amazing artist/human, and for the loss of the possibility to be able to see him perform. So, the next best thing was watching this full concert with my mom and sister in the comfort of our living room, for the first time. This whole show is nothing short of fantastic. I loved every minute, even as I had to wipe tears away. My mom and sister loved it as well, and I am so grateful they watched with me, and that I could share this part of my world with them. (I loved the fun, too, of him inviting an audience member up to sing Bones with him - there were so many fun candid moments that made me smile.) Ryan's voice is one of the most moving I've ever heard, and I will continue treasuring his songs as long as I live. His music made such an impact on me - there is just something so special about it and it just clicks with me. It's hard adapting to this new reality knowing he isn't with us, and will continue to be. We will always have the music and everything related to the music - which is what any artist knows they want to leave behind when they go. Thank you so much for recording this show. It means a great deal to me.

Now (for me personally) it is incredibly painful to hear Ryan's voice. This is an indescribably, irreparably huge loss for the world of music, for all of us. A loss that I don't know when I will be able to come to terms with. But we must never stop listening to his work and talking about it. We, as his listeners, must make it live as long as possible. Therefore, it is especially important and valuable that there are such recordings on KZbin now. Thank you for this.

-Ludens

I cried more than 6 times during this, and I'm a grown ass man. This music really does something to you, and yeah, I first heard it in Death Stranding like everyone else. Since finishing the game (and later I'm going to buy the Director's Cut for PC), I have dissociated Low Roar with Death Stranding, which really only features 2 albums out of the plenty that Low Roar has made. I own those 2 on vinyl now, and constantly look for new albums this group makes. And yes, Ryan is mostly the person who made Low Roar a reality; remember that the first album was made in a kitchen with a laptop mostly by himself. To hear these stripped down versions (AND a RadioHead cover) is a HUUUUGE treat and what I was looking for on KZbin. If Ryan releases these as a standalone album, it would def make him money.

I'd rather go to this performance than any concert, or listen to this on the raido instead of the garbage that's played today. Low Roar is massively underappreciated, and the reason why I think Ryan doesn't really like Death Stranding is because it further undermines his talent. Anyone who listens to even one song off this 1.4h long adventure can plainly see the talent. Musicians and non-musicians alike.
