thanks for the info. someone just gave me a 100 year old sourdough starter and I don't have my kitchen scale out rn so I eyeballed it with adding flour and water and I think I killed it sadly! Luckily I do have access to more. I will be searching up ways to try to save a sourdough starter. lol
