But Dale doesn't realize that all of the stats have a soft cap and it's impossible for Dale to grind that much in a short period of time, which means he used a PS4 save from someone else online. Edit: Yup look at his level at 30:56. Says level 544. Barely anyone gets that high level without using a file save, much less Dale. It's not even necessary to beat the game in first playthrough with that level.
