You can clearly tell this game was meant to be played at low to mid tier (max 7.0~ BR ). Top tier just feels extremely off; map design is clearly with the lower tiers in mind, and the action and gameplay is just so much better in the lower tiers.

Thats because the game started out as WW2-early korean war, and they just kept adding more. The tiger 2s used to be the literal top of the tree. They added more tanks but other than a few longer range maps that only appear once in a blue moon the game modes are largly unchanged. Thus gameplay is overall best at those lower BRs.

@@_Zekken 100% right, would help if we got maps and new mechanics specifically to improve gameplay at higher brs. (eg making 'red zones' with ai defences and AA near ones spawn that are only active when you have at least one cap zone active). If the enemy team has all the zones then you've probably lost, but getting rushed in spawn when your team controls half the map - especially when stock - is a horrific experience (chally 2 TES nightmares).

Malzi, you can move the turret constantly in binos by just holding left click instead of spamming it. If you keep holding it when switching to gunner sight you will instantly fire as well.

Fun fact: t34 hatches have never been modeled correctly. It bounces 2000M APFSDS rounds with its respective pen of probably around 10000mm of pen. (Like 100 meters of steel) only way to kill it with the hatch is using sturmtiger with its 387 KG of HE and 1947 MM of pen.

Gentlemen, I've been playing this game more than five years and stick with the US up until tier VI (Couldn't handle it to go beyond). Tier II & Tier III are the sweet spot for you to fully enjoy this game. On average I got 10 - 15 kills per match! Now try getting that much in tier VI or VII ☠

That is why I don't like low tier. There is always a chance that your volumetric shell will hit another armor plate and bounce off or whatever actually. There is also a LOT of aviation that literally destroys everything on the ground even without mavericks. As for me, the best br is 9.0: There are still a lot of lvl 40 players in prem vehicles with no experience, but the stab, laser rangefinders, overall faster pace makes the game pretty easy. There are also quite effective AA to defeat the helicopters and aircraft
