Just cleared the trailer through Customs. it took 3.5 hours but things are looking really good now. Ontario Registration and Ownership is next.

Make sure u always dump your air on the the truck when u detach and hook up and also dump air on the trailer wen u load and unload...guest a heads up so u don't tear up your airbags

I have an idea, what about a magnetic camera mount, that might make it easier to get a good camera angle when working with the trailer.

Is the motor to power the hydraulics? If so, would a wet kit get rid of the need for it? It's just a general question for my understanding. :)

the trailer runs on hydraulics. you have to create oil pressure in the system in order to disconnect, reconnect, change ride height etc. there's three ways to do it: 1) use a gas pony motor (what I have); 2) have a PTO on the truck (runs off the engine); and 3) when everything fails you can hire a big guy to blow into the hose. i plan to keep the Honda even if (when) I install the PTO on the truck. It's a good fallback option if something happens to the truck's PTO.

Yeah, since I last talked to you, I started working in the heavy equipment industry, so I see lowboys almost every day, some of which are those huge 13 axle setups and stuff that take 2 miles to turn right. But I personally have never run one, so I now I know. :) Keep up the great work, Sergie. Always good to learn from your experience. :)

Sergei, you could also shed the extra motor / pump weight (though it's probably not a lot) for a hand pump, as a backup. I think I would just keep what you have. I wonder if they were afraid of legal troubles to use actual Cat yellow and shot it in tangerine instead. Looks like a well built unit. The last video smile says it all. You'll have to show how high you can get it up for ground clearance obstacles.

лучше брать или до 2008 или после 2014 (новый). между 2008 и 14 у грузовиков много проблем. бери кенворт или фрейтлайнер. я лично беру мак.

Don't use Ethanol fuel if possible. It attracts moisture and build up in the tank.

Who in the hell is crazy enough to put on steel toe boats these days and drive a truck all day. Keep wearing your sneaker Sergei i wear mine too . The only time I wear soft boots is loading a unloading and if the shipper doesn't say nothing I'm wearing my sandles if it's a scraps only load lol
