Really wish people had a shred of respect for this awesome and journeyed blues elder, and STFU. Been loving him since I found Hard Life Rockin Chair all these years ago.

I added this to a playlist titled lessons because I need to study his playing Paul's the best.

Great harmonica skills, nice little 12 string, great singer, complex chords and righthand patterns, good stories.

Paul comes to this every year? I'd've thought there'd be somewhat of a personal connection between some audience members & the artist. They seem disconnected from the humanity of the music. Perhaps they're intimidated? He's so good. Tell those idiots in the back to shut up!

No they just seem to be respectful by being quiet until he finishes a tune, there is nothing worse than playing this genre of music to an audience that talks and talks while you are playing, I know from experience. For a start you can only really do it right mic'ed up and when i do that I can hardly ever hear myself play so I would LOVE to play for an audience like this one.

He was kind of grumpy from the start, so maybe that's why.

Grumpy? He couldn't have been nicer.

I envy you Yanks, in Australia I can never find people who play OR perform this REAL blues stuff (usually called Country Blues but is in fact the real blues, back then in it's heyday of the 20's and 30's it simply just known as BLUES)

Wish they’d edit out periods of musical silence.

Great to hear the master perform. He was personally recommended to me by another great player, Todd Albright, who is well worth listening to. Shame about the pea -brained turd talking all the way through this, but there`s one in every audience.
