Allow me to shed some light on why Jill-kun became a meme. The first reason is that the Senegal bushbaby is an absolutely ridiculous pet to have. Where did she even HEAR about such an animal? Literally nobody knew this thing existed before she brought it up on stream. It's so quirky and out of left field that it suits her chaotic personality perfectly. The fact that she loves him and is proud of him and likes to show him off makes it even funnier. The audience being forced to care about this animal they just learned existed is hilarious. Furthermore, Senegal bushbabies make terrible pets since they're nocturnal, not friendly and piss everywhere to mark their territory, which makes for some hilarious imagery in the viewer's head when they think about it. It just makes you want to say, "Holy fuck, I can't believe she ACTUALLY bought such a thing." So it makes sense why everyone is making fun of Jill-kun, as the entire situation is absurd. Senegal bushbabies are primates just like monkeys are, but they don't LOOK like primates. They look more like a possum or squirrel, so disregarding their appearance and calling them by a simple blanket term like monkey just adds to the joke. Calling it a "FUCKING MONKEY" just adds more emphasis to the entire situation and plays on absurdist humour. The actual meme works as follows: 1) Somebody makes a mundane statement or observation about something they think is important 2) You say, "don't let this distract you from the fact that Pekora bought a fucking monkey" 3) Somebody else replies to you and says, "A fucking monkey??!" The joke here is that the absurdity of Pekora's pet is more important than whatever statement or observation you initially made. You're basically saying "Who cares about that, did you hear that Pekora bought a Senegal bushbaby?" and someone else replies, "No way, a Senegal bushbaby? You're kidding me!" So really the meme isn't poking fun of Jill-kun in a malicious way; the entire situation is just so incredibly funny and absurd that you can't help but draw attention to it.

The sign is a subtle joke. The shop is called "Sneed's Feed & Seed", where feed and seed both end in the sound "-eed", thus rhyming with the name of the owner, Sneed. The sign says that the shop was "Formerly Chuck's", implying that the two words beginning with "F" and "S" would have ended with "-uck", rhyming with "Chuck". So, when Chuck owned the shop, it would have been called "Chuck's F*ck and Suck".
