This is engaging and very well done! I am teaching my fifth graders, here in Los Angeles, about the revitalization of old cities such as Lowell. A video like this is just the thing they need to envision a former mill town, something they had no idea existed prior to this.

I grew up in Lowell, and went to the Morey School in 1970...cruised around the streets in the 80s...It's always been a dirty, gritty town...and I remember the park when it first came in...I think Lowell and I have a love-hate relationship. 😂 Ding-Ding! 😂

Imagine walking on the streets and stepping on the same side walks and roads of all these people who lived way before us.

4 Years ago we were well into producing 4k video. I've making films about Lowell for the last 15 years and getting the NPS to even TALK to me was impossible.

I lived in Lowell in 1981 and to say it was a dump would be understatement. Smelly with poor quality of life even if cheap housing. I did not trust the drinking water they got from the river.
@lowellirish5 күн бұрын
That was 1981. When the Cambodians and Vietnamese flooded in...I lived there for decades. Raised there. So I understand! From what I've seen, and heard...Lowell underwent a big revitalization in the 90s...I've seen. It looks good. It's gotten all bougie...
