1cup of coffee in the morning. It's black with no sugar. I look forward to your videos. I learn so much. I survied a stroke that was.caused by my heart spasiming with no damage 2 years ago. The hospital told me I was prediabedtic. I lost 30lbs so far and I'm getting good reports from my doctors.

Every day? I hear you! Just keep an eye on how it makes you feel. Too much can lead to those jitters or restless nights. Enjoy, but balance is key. Thanks for sharing with us!

I drink coffee and hibiscus tea my granddaughter loves coffee

Coffee and hibiscus tea make quite a combo! Hibiscus is great for blood pressure support, while coffee, in moderation, can give a boost. As for your granddaughter loving coffee, just keep an eye on her intake-it’s all about balance. Thanks for sharing, and keep enjoying those mindful sips! ☕🫖

Never? That’s impressive! Skipping caffeine completely has its perks-like better sleep and fewer jitters. Thanks for sharing your experience. It’s always inspiring to hear from those who steer clear of the caffeine buzz! 😃

@ Thank you! I am recovering from a stroke. I had a brain aneurysm and suffered a stroke during my surgery. I have chosen to not have a lot of things. I eat fruits and vegetables. I drink water herbal teas coconut water and Pom juice. I eat nuts and pumpkin seeds. It sounds boring but God has given me a 2nd chance so I try hard to put healthy things in my body. I am far from perfect and I do pray and ask for guidance and strength. I walk and exercise daily too and do meditation

Dr Freda I don't know if most people are aware but they are caffeine-free teas. As well as caffeine free sodas if you feel you just happen to have to have a soda.

You are absolutely right! There are plenty of caffeine-free teas and sodas out there for those who want to cut back but still enjoy a tasty drink. It’s great to know we have options to stay mindful of our caffeine intake. Thanks for sharing that helpful tip! 😉

Great effort! You got the second one right-caffeine doesn’t affect everyone the same way. Remember, energy drinks differ from coffee, and natural caffeine sources aren’t always risk-free. Keep at it, and thanks for being part of these myth-busting sessions! 😊

Yes! This is a myth. Even natural caffeine sources can have risks, especially for heart health and blood pressure. ‘Natural’ doesn’t always mean ‘safe.’ Thank you for being part of our community! I love having these myth-busting discussions! 😃
