Fitness serendipity brought personal trainers Katrina Scott and Karena Dawn together in 2009. The two met at the gym and quickly began making plans to create a fitness community for women that was positive and inspiring. Great workout but too many of the same moves repeated for me. What keeps me going is changing up the moves, for me personally. Good leg workout though
