Lower Klamath National Wildlife Refuge

Besides the gorgeous scenery, we spotted dozens of bald eagles, a blue heron rookery, and lots of hawks on the auto tour of the Lower Klamath National Wildlife Refuge in northern California near the Oregon border.

This is absolutely spectacular ! The scenery is breath-taking and I'm already mentally preparing for a road trip to that refuge. My heart rejoiced at seeing the incredible bird-life. Your photo captures of the Hawks were especially pleasing for I am a raptor fanatic.
