Hi runner kao, can you make a video of the items that you bring along with you for a long-distance runs? like do you bring a small water bottle, portable chargers, etc. and also what bag do you recommend to run with so that it is light and would not affect you when you run

hey runner kao,, big fan here I have a question. recently I bought a fitness tracker from challenger,, I used it for about a week or so .sometimes the distance is not accurate but sometimes it is accurate and the difference can be about 1.5 KM. do u have any idea why? I maintain the same speed and pace 😊😊😊

This is my regular running route! I start from Springleaf Nature Park and make a turnabout at Yishun Dam. The distance is approximately 6km one way, and 12km in total. Hope to see you around some day:)
