Did these same springs on my C8 a while back and looks like you made the front spring install way more difficult than it needed to be. There's really no need to loosen or disassemble any other suspension components. For anyone else thinking about doing this, you only need to loosen/remove the 3 nuts on the top of the coil over and the bolt/nut at the base of the coil over, disconnect your mag ride and front lift wiring and hydraulic line if you have it and the whole assembly comes right out.
