Nice, what was the line you were hookng up and then tying up in the rear?
@poorrichardsgarage11 сағат бұрын
That would be the air line for the air shocks I initially ran to a Schrader valve by the license plate. Setup looks a bit different today. I need to post an update of the latest suspension changes!

Looks killer I’m having a hard time completely removing my rear leaf springs the bolt faces the body and doesn’t have clearance any tips?
@poorrichardsgarage Жыл бұрын
Not sure on that one man. I would think the bolt should slide out of the inside where the body isn't in the way. If yours are somehow inverted, cutting the bolts out and replacing them may be your only option

Almost there with the suspension on my build.. I bought some wheels this week but I have 15x8 all around.. I’m sure I’ll need to roll the fenders too like you did.. do you remember what size tires you ran on your wheels? I know you mentioned the front wheels are 7 and rears are 8 nice setup man! Also agree with others the graphics on the sides are waaay cool!!

Just now seeing this! Sorry for the delayed response! I run 195/45/15s all around. Thanks for the view!

What size tires are you running and And how's the ride quality since being lowered
@poorrichardsgarage Жыл бұрын
195/45/15s and not a single complaint. I ran Racelands on a convertible for years and this setup is far superior

where are the wheels from? they look really nice
@poorrichardsgarage10 ай бұрын
Thank you! The wheels are Enkie 92s that I'm pretty sure I ordered from ebay

would it have been easier just to buy a full steering column to replace it than rebuilding? i have to do the same project to my caddy. thanks
@poorrichardsgarage8 ай бұрын
I'm not aware of anywhere selling a remanufactured column but maybe. If you buy a used one it will more than likely have the same issues. They all fail at some point. The rebuild is a little time consuming but not super difficult with the right tools

what rear air shock did you use for the caddy?

Monroe MA785 for the axle flip

Would you still have the bushing part #.

www.4crawler.com/Diesel/ForSale/PolySpringBushings.shtml These are the bushings I used. Website isn't the most user-friendly but they're reputable and sell good quality stuff
