In response to the astronomical infant mortality rate in Cartagena, Colombia, Catalina Escobar built an intensive care unit that lowered that rate by 79%. She also founded a two-year program for young women to provide sex education. In this inspiring talk, hear more about the major impact these have had in Cartagena.
