Lowe's employee here, What you are seeing at 6:20 were from a very recent project that was done in the Tools department to switch out old displays across all brands of power tools to new sets. All the chargers and batteries came from new displays that were put on display, the chargers and batteries were sold seperately at a heavy markdown so they wouldn't end up in the dumpster as they mostly do. So you got yourself all brand new chargers and batteries The old power tool displays at my store were marked down to 80% Picked myself up a DeWalt 20v XR Hammer/Drill Driver, 20v XR Osc Tool and a 20v XR Power Direct 7.25 Circ Saw for $77 (Tools only, no accessories)

@Suburban Beard in one of my stores they just did a reset in power tools. Skil took Metabo's 2 bays & Metabo was moved to the Flex area & is half the area. the end cap that was Skil is now a small Clearance section for power tools & accessories.

You asked a guy who is only happy to be at work and doesnt know a thing about where he works....also no one is buying that craftsman drill by itself... unless they high....which fair game in certain areas of town but I am guessing not yours cause my Lowes never has stuff like what you showed....we have crack heads running out the door and getting mowed down by cops on occasion. we call it holiday rush.
