My favorite part of the design of the Zombie Sea Monster Humanoid figure of 16:51 is that to me looks like he could be apart of Davy Jones’s crew of the Flying Dutchman in the Pirates of the Caribbean series.

The animatronic(s) I saw at my Lowe's had three Reapers and all.of them were in a band. Two had guitars, and one had a drum at said "Don't Fear The Reapers" and played a spooky Halloween version of I love Rock And Roll.

Lowe’s best year by far!!! Would never guess Lowe’s would have theming!!! Props are really killing it! Very few are bad. They’re officially one of the big companies! Always believed Lowe’s would be on top, just not so soon!!!

I agree about the 12 ft props. Enough already. They're nice...I have some, but the boxes are too big. They take up too much storage space, and a lot of space in your haunt. I feel that every one I have could've been done just as well at 8 - 10 ft. I don't think this is too early in the year to see these leaks, though. A nautical theme isn't something for which most people are going to have settings already prepared. This gives them time to start planning, purchasing, building the settings to go with this theme (for example, as you mentioned, some sort of boat structure for the captain).

i know I'm late to comment but i have been on the haunted mansion ride tons of times and the beheaded woman is not a licensed animatronic, just to correct. and the beheaded knight is on the ride but just at the end right before you leave the graveyard part.

sailor with the steering wheel, CREEPY as f…. Have you ever seen John Carpenter’s THE FOG, 1980? Well, that's what it reminds me of, and I do think there is a place for him in any hunt or decoration. Picture it! this guy looking out of a window on a second floor, or even on the roof, or your yard, but I would keep him on top of something as if he and his steering wheels are floating. Grow some FOG effect to that, and there, the creepy effect is there. No ship, just the steeringneherl and him and the fog around him. I think he is awesome!! I would not have him inside but outside and don't forget the fog
