The story is by far the best we have received if it had more time to be fleshed out. Still the second best. In fact this side story could mean something in the future of the main story. (Story spoiler btw) If we go to VS-6 in black fate we see Their names. Thier pasts. This world. It’s purpose Her: hikari.” Her: tairitsu .” Eto” and kou”… saya” and Lethe”… Luna”,and-names; countless names. Even fact of other worlds, destinations of other travelers, ends, beginnings, and elaborated reasons too-all of it And the truth, the whole truth that- In esoteric order this is all explained the world of arcaea was made for those of a weak soul and mind. And the truth being that hikari and tairitsu are light and conflict stuck to fight each other in this world and in those countless names it is Alice and the girl in red.

(No hate) Löschen animation started at 1:41, not 1:44. It's the same transition as the other song connections, and it's just that Far Away Light faded late, and doesn't really mean it's a clean transition. The clean animation is from the laser-beam facility (or whatever it is) to the outside. Look carefully, and once you notice it, you'll know that the clean transition is from the facility to the outside.

Side note: when I was listening to this when it came out (the trailer) and I heard aegleseeker play it brought a smile to my face I felt happy I had been feeling happy before at many other things yes. But this felt, different. It felt fulfilling. This is such a beautiful song filled with emotion that never gets old.
