on start up it was flashing that the pressure switch was stuck open. But it was the original board with two diagnostics lights.

Seems like previous elephants from the china closet were working there before. Lots of things knocked off kilter and not secured correctly. I'd hope this customer pays the money for that inducer motor as this one is on its way to self destruct. All should be good once that is done... Diag was on the money and getting him parts to fit his budget got him heating and health. WW HVAC did it again.

to check the voltage between the flame sensor and wire, did you use regular voltage are is there a special setting on the meter

all I see wrong with that thing is a dirty flame sensor. I have been wondering who trained you, you seem like your always guessing. it also seems to have a bad wheel on the inducer motor.

Why does it need a new ignitor? Is it a different type or different rating or just new so you know it's not about to fail?

Contact Lennox for the correct verbiage, but based on my experience, leaving the existing igniter in place will likely result in failure within about a week. It seems the igniter may draw more current. I once tried replacing the board without replacing the igniter, and, as expected, I had to return shortly after to address the issue.
