One thing that I think may have been missed: Dark’s last Nydus in the first game, which got mentioned that it didn’t do to much. The purpose was likely to force the recall, pulling the Stalkers from Dark’s front door. He had those expansions but wasn’t able to get drones to them because of the pressure, and was likely going to lose them soon, but the Nydus saved them, thereby keeping him in the game a bit longer.

As a Protoss main.. Stats has always been my favorite Protoss player. His stalker blinks are always the cleanest, and he’s been that way for a while. I’m only in gold and I try to blink my stalkers the same way, but he just does it so flawlessly

Second game Dark was supply blocked heavily after the nydus so he couldnt pump out the defense. Had something like 800 minerals in the bank when army arrived

Question: why do Protoss players make a pylon & a gateway forward instead of just a pylon?

Gateway units warp in faster near a gateway+pylon vs a solo pylon

Its an old update that punish proxy pylon by making warpin time longer if the warp is not near a gateway or nexus
