Lowriders, Classic Cars and Radical Hoppers showed up to this Classic Car Cruise and Lowrider hopping competition on Van Nuys Blvd in Los Angeles, California. Lowrider Cars cruising 3 wheel motion were cruising in circles to take over the boulevard in classic car culture style.
