Hey man I just got me a 2001 Lincoln town car and want to go with a beginner lay and play 2 pump hydraulic set up what coils should I get I want to ride low first after I fix my misfire and exhaust leak

I Have a 82 Coup Deville. What spring set up you think is good to run. I thinking about replacing all the spring due to the previous owner cut the springs to get the car to sit really low

Front springs 3 or 3.5 ton and back 1.5 or 2 ton and see who has them in stock cce hydraulics,black magic hydraulics,Hydro Joe's,Hoppos,Hi-Low

First how's your set up single pump,double pump, y at the pump if single or under the hood, if double do you have same pumps heads on both pumps same set up and fittings,spring cut to same length,spring pocket reinforced if not one may be flaring up and cause one side to lock up before the other,check donuts one may be more taco shape then the other if not reinforced,oil on pump good,did you bleed your system getting the air out,etc.

@@lowridersmore8189 I have a two pump Ford dump set up, the coil pockets or the same the springs are cut the same and I did bleed them when I reinstalled

I went with hoppo’s 3.5 ton coils for my cutlass v6 we’ll see how they do

They should do just fine on a v6 I'm still trying to find the right spring combo for my v8 just got some sky-hi 4.5 ton springs ganna try them out and see how I like them

My cousin is going through the same thing he broke a 3.5 and collapsed a 4 ton he is on 5 ton right now on a 93 big body

Yeah I can imagine on a big body yeah 5 ton should work but everyone makes there springs different and that's what I'm doing trying different most known hydraulics shops springs and see what I like

And every car is same and different some way or another you can have the same car and engine and set up but one may do better then the other

Dam a g body is collapsing a 4.5? Them sky hi joints don’t mess around bro make sure your frame is rite or they gone shoot through the top of the pocket, I use 4.5s on my big body full stack zero cuts once they broke in perfect, the 5 tons I gotta cut about a turn off tho, 3.5 tons are usually taller as a full stack so cutting em would be ideal for more travel cause without ball join extensions which I don’t recommend you only get like 4.1/2” of swing

Yes frame fully reinforced and spring pockets as well and collapsed those 4.5 high hitter's and have black magic sky-hi 4.5 in it now but doing some other stuff to the car so can't test it till done and ganna be ordering 5 ton later to be on safe side still have 307 v8 on it every car is different so just ganna have to be Tuning it

Still need to test it and see how it do and my car wasn't ready for that show. And really wasn't 500 for the winner everyone that hopped got some money I think the highest they got was foot and a half 🤣
