Good to see you upload videos brother! The fisheyes in the clear coat typically come from contaminates in the air or on the surface of what you're shooting. Silicone products such as tire shine are the worst thing to have near any paint or clear coat. It doesn't take much to cause the solvent pop reaction, just the fumes in the immediate area can cause it. This is why paint booths are crucial. They can be wet-sanded and buffed/polished out if they're not too deep, otherwise, wet sanding with 600-800 grit and re-clearing is usually the best fix. Just make sure your work area is silicone free. No armorall, WD-40 etc. in the general area. Hope this helps man!
