The TOS will always say that the game provider can ban you for any reason, though for the most part the banning is because of some behaviour that's harmful to the game's community. Also if you follow his logic it's actually the opposite, the servers are owned by Bandai Namco so they can restrict your access to them at any time 😂😂

If you check the terms at any online game, section 12 (online conduct) says "intentionally disconnecting from the network during online play or boosting another player violates this agreement". Plus he can still play the game he paid for, just can't play with other people who also paid.

They rarely exercise this right because most people obey the rules and exhibit good sportsmanship. Also no, you don't automatically gain a right to their servers by buying their game, the devs own it and give you access to online once you sign the EULA.
