There is an iron rancher mod, cube slimes mod, weather mod, pure saber slime mod, onyx chroma pack mod, and even a crouching mod that adds in the scrapped crouching feature that was not mentioned in this video, all available on nexusmods for use with slime rancher mod loader.

I am pretty sure that meteor slime were replaced by mosaic slimes because I remember see a youtuber messing around with a mod that allowed people to summon any entity (like slimes, food, or chickens) and he used it to summon silver parsnips remember this when the ruins were very new so we didn’t have any idea when the glass desert was coming out or what it was like at all all we knew was the name because of an achievement that has been in the game sense the early days of the game when he collected the silver parsnips it said they were the favorite food of the meteor slime not the mosaic

the original 3 planned were mosaic, tangles and meteors. meteor code got reused to form dervish tornadoes and the event for fire slimes. silver parsnips changed what favourited them twice before their official release, having 3 different slimes that favoured them at different points in time. early proto types it was the rock, between then and 0.6.0 it was the meteor, after that the mosaic we know today.

i think it doesnt rain on the planet since the slime sea's water is too dense to evaporate and form clouds and the only source of drinkable water would be the lakes, that probably formed coz they water from the sea was once drinkable before slimes

scrolled through youtube and figured i might see what your thoughts were on this when i came across the video. figured i might clarify a few things on some of the code related unused features since a few of them i put on there myself. - pollen cut off: simply put its a variable in the section of the code responsible for tangles producing their agitating pollen cloud. its unused so its down to speculation as to what it actually was intended for, but my guess would be tangles were originally intended to only produce that cloud between 75 and 95% agitation, with the devs deciding it wasn't worth the complexity and just making it above 75% - quantum vibration levels: code wise, they are calculated using the agitation score and given the formulas it seems it was likely intended as a more complex formula method of determining if a quantum could teleport. for a brief example on what i mean here, and toned down to basic levels, its like as follows. if agitation >= 0.2, teleport - current method. if (agitation/5)*6 >= 0.24, teleport - quantum vibration level method. both in the end serve the same purpose, one is just faster, simpler, and less intensive on the system for the same purpose.

as for what the unused fashion pod looks like, its much like the current party fashion pod but its got the hat instead of just the glasses. only thing you can legitimately get with it are the party pinks.

Puddle Gordos are problems because they can only exist in water, and when in water always eat it. In other words, it would pop by default. It couldn't exist without eating.

pollen is not scrapped, pollen is released by tangle slimes and makes other slimes agitated, what WAS scrapped is the variable controlling it

i once worked hard to bring a party slime popped from the party gordo into a corral, so i was upset when the party fashion pod came out that ruined some of the novelty

I have a feeling that the rain didn't effect tarr because it was only back in its prototype stages of the game, i have a feeling that if it were finalized and actually implemented, it'd replace the hydro shower altogether seeing as it wouldn't make sense to have it if weather would do the exact same thing. It wouldn't directly effect much of anything, other than possibly being a way of slowly recharging drones, getting rid of rad aura, crystals produced by crystal slimes, mosaic slimes little novas, putting out fire slimes and reducing ash and preventing them from producing plorts, and maybe even reducing agitation in slimes altogether. Though it would be a pain, it might result in having an incinerator upgrade where it could have an awning/cover for when it rains, so if you have outdoor fire slimes, they'd be safe and continue to happily produce plorts, the air net could even prevent the rain from getting into corrals, so there would be a good reason to not have an air net for your adorable, yet agitated and dangerous rad, crystal, and mosaic slimes. It could possibly even reveal hunters and prevent quantums from teleporting, then puddle slimes could last a little longer outside of ponds. Well, if you come up with anything else that could fit, I'd be happy to hear what you have in mind!
