In Bangalore villa price are inflated. People who took villas for 4 cr few years back are not able to sell it , as no one is interested to buy old buildings with old style with high price. Also with no choice they have to give these villas for rent for 40k to 60k as post covid the rents have fallen and many villas are empty without tenants. If u are living in the villa then it's fine. If for investment or few years and sell then it's a bad decision. new projects are selling plost at 60 lakhs for 1200 next to it, so people tend to buy villa plots for 1.5 cr and build ,than buying these old building for 6 cr .

very true, i live close buy in the flat i bought, maintenance for these villas are so high that no one is able to afford. no customers for re-sale also. the design should have been with all 3 BRs in first floor..

I agree. There are few very good villas about 5 to 8 years old they quote like 3.5 cr nobody buys them very hard to sell. I know someone who trying to sell villa for 3.5 , reduced rate to 3 cr still no buyers been more than 2 years now
