All that is required is name & birthday, phone number and social security number are not required. All the violence because he was panhandling? The stop is just a citation, not arrestable offense. This was uncalled for. This cop was just looking for a confrontation. Punching him wasn't even needed. Cops investigating cops is just another way the cops protect themselves without public oversight
