They are actually Henry's kids, they have another mom named Tanya who's their actual mom aka the mom November is looking for in LPS Black Tears. Cuz at one point before Henry married Wendy, Henry was with Tanya and he took Tanya's last name which was Rick. Tanya gave birth to Wesley and November but after Henry became abusive Tanya left the house. But yeah XD like i said Dakota's family is complicated
