yep communication is important. I learned that a few days ago when my friend was mad at me for not telling her where me and my other friend went after leaving them. I have only ever really had one friend so being in a big friend group was so different I didn't know i had to say where we were going lol

I just lost 3 friends I had for almost a year... they were kind at first but once I really needed them to support me in the hard time of poor mental heath they ghosted me...😢 then 1 of them started blowing up my phone begging me to do things she knew I cannot do due to permanent damage I got from an ER + psych ward stay.. I've had 2 other stays and they have scarred me too. she didn't even care about my feelings and she got one of my other friends to gang up on me 😢 that one then ditched me. They were swapping screenshots behind my back to talk shit about me. Then I reached out to my 3rd friend for support. She ditched me for the other 2. 😢 they never hung out with me, disregarded my feelings and pain, and never took the time to talk like I always did. I've been nothin but nice to them and they abandon me in the hardest part of my life. I've NEVER been this low for so long.. and this happens 💔 plus my body is falling apart. My whole gut is screwed for months now. I most likely have gastric cancer.. but we will see what all the tests say... I go tomorrow to the doc. I never was an awful friend. I never was mean. I just put my whole heart into them and was a loyal companion. And now... I have no one. No friends. Bad health. And bad mental health STILL. I just wanted friends... I guess I'll never have that. I've been bullied since pre-k and I had to be in a jump start school before pre-k due to my intellectual disabilities. I've never hurt so much.. I can't shake being abandoned by the millionth time..... 💔💔💔😢😢😢
