Lauren Stevens hardly has the perfect life. Her parents are divorced, her mum left her dad with barely any money in a run-down house, the boy she likes barely notices her and even now her best friend is leaving her for more popular friends. Although, just when Lauren's life seems to be given hope, she realises that even the people she trusted have let her down. Dreaming of a better life, Lauren is given an opportunity to change her life - literally, as when her dad finds an old mirror with magic power, Lauren finds herself able to travel through the mirror into a perfect world. However, Lauren soon realises that whilst everything seems complete - not everything is as it seems...
