@@rothonwylar7869 you can actually! it's why a lot of cards that tap other cards to untap themselves often specify that the tapped card must be untapped, cause you can 'tap' or 'untap' a card as many times as you like, but generally the rules will specify for specific things that it must already be tapped or untapped. Props to Nelly for playing a Pod deck for the first time on stream. I know I would need at least 10 games before connecting all the lines of play. P.s. it also seemed like this deck was teched for control, seemed very hard to just present a kill in the goldfish, but plenty of value to play a long game. If Nelson re-tooled it I bet we wins 2-0 next time.

I think this is the kind of mistake you don't have to comment about. It might have affected the games outcome, but they can't go back and fix that, and I'm pretty sure both Nelson and Serge understand how it works, as well as anyone watching close enough to wonder about it. So who's benefit are you pointing it out for? Other than people who want to go into the comments while pushing their glasses up their nose and into the stratosphere.

I'm confused. Obviously the monkey hitting the removal there was tilting because it was generally unlikely. However people play removal, and if you just run out your combo piece, what's to stop Serge from just having his own piece of interaction? I think gaslighting yourself into believing that lose was because of an unlikely monkey hit is wrong. In another universe Serge very easily just has his own interaction anyway, and the random monkey hit doesn't even matter. Looking at Serge's list it looks like he has a bunch of 1cmc interaction. No flame just speculation and reflection. Loved the games!
