I get PTSD from hearing about the Reality Acid because my favourite Pauper deck is a Dimir homebrew Persistent Petitioners list, but one of my best friends also loves Acid Trip in Pauper, so he would regularly wreck me with Reality Acid, only leaving me with Counterspell to deal with him.

The real combo was always Reality Acid into Graham's new favorite Dream Stalker

Yup. Pauper has a UW Acid Trip deck. Reality Acid on your opponent's good stuff (or manabase), bounce it back to your hand with Dream Stalker or Kor Skyfisher and make them sacrifice the Reality Acid target. Reality Acid another target and use Momentary Blink on the Stalker or Skyfisher. (There, I got it out of my system and boosted the video's engagement, you happy now Kathleen?)

I remember a year after I started playing magic, I downloaded an app on my iPod touch that was a magic card database. I scoured that thing for hours at a time in the car on vacations or on the bus to school (and sometimes in class), and I remember Time Spiral block always absolutely fascinated me, and made me really excited about the game I was getting passionate about. Reality Acid is such a cool card name, as well as an awesome effect. One of my all time favorites, just for the flavor of it. It's also pretty easy to break with flicker effects, because you get to kill the thing it was attached to, then attach it to something else.

16:55 @Kathleen: Reality acid is a existing UW pauper deck, usualy called Acid Trip. You just blink or bounce the aura to get rid of opponents key pieces or mana base. Actually Dream Stalker is played in this deck as one of the way to bounce back the aura back to your hand :)

This is so fun to watch. just seeing graham and kathleens reaction to these cards that they may not have seen before. also to answer some questions that graham and kathleen asked during the video: one of the main ways to abuse reality acid is to either flicker of bounce it. this is because the wording of the text is that when reality acid is removed from a permanant it puts a trigger on the stack to sacfifice that permenant. the 2/2 knight token with protection from white haste and flanking comes from Riftmarked knight which is a 3 mana 1 WW creatuse human rebel knight with protection from black and flanking with suspend 3 for 1WW you get the token when the last time counter is removed from the suspended card. and the haste comes from the function of suspend.
