I think you're misinterpreting. You can always argue "it's the players, if the players were better they could have won." That pretty much applies to any draft. However, when you make your life a LOT harder than the opposing team's job, then yeah it's unlikely you're going to win because you're just that much more skilled. I think it's very obvious from the way T1 drafted that they underestimated Fnatic. Comps weren't terrible, but we know Aatrox is tearing it up at Worlds so far, so why give that to Fnatic for free? Plus, you blind pick your entire botlane and midlane. Maybe they were relying on Zeus to crush Aatrox with Jax, but that's just an ego pick. You can say that's an issue with the players, or you can look at that as a problem with the draft.

Akali again on the second day was awfully weird for T1. The only reason why yesterday's Azir couldn't poke faker that hard is because he was building Crown. This Azir is EU so of course the build style was gonna be different. The Akali could not do anything the entire game, it reminded me so much of TL's game where Bjerg went Akali but never got to stack any kills from early to mid and by the time it was time to team fight. The enemy team had like 2 items advantage over him ( another huge mistake on his part was going Night Harvest over Proto but the 0 kill participation hurt more imo)

Thats a good argument, I was thinking about the same like how did Faker win against SCOUTs Azir but now losing hard against Humanoid, but definitely the build is the answer. A hard pocking Azir with Ludens hurts a lot more to an Akali, and also the Lucian - Nami Combo that is really EXPLOSIVE, could literally delete her, and of course the Poppy, Razork was on Faker all the time and did not allow him to move.

Everyone played well here on FNC but Razork was just so impressiv considering how good Oner is. EDIT : also it is good to see EUW sticking to very good picks like Poppy or Lucian Nami that are being ignored by other regions. It is nice, for once, to see western teams not just trying to copy eastern meta.

@@GoldenBoyXCM i think you have problems. Hily died so Upset could get the doublebuffs instead of him. It was worth in their eyes and on mine. He gave a kill to the T1 Support and FNC got 1 kill on their ADC + DoubleBuffs. And in terms of assists FNC got 1 more assist out of it. So in the end it was more than worth. Cause now you have a Lucian with doublebuff to bully the shit out of T1 botlane Use your brain next time instead of "talking trash".
