LS HMI Remote Connection

I have been working on a project where i need to access the HMI from remote location which is not in the network. We have used eXP series HMI . Also Static IP internet connection required for VNC application is installed. But we are not able to access HMI from outside the network. We can access HMI from within the network (if mobile or PC is connected to the same router to which HMI is connected via LAN). As per my knowledge port forwarding is required. IP Address settings are as below: Static IP provided by internet service provider : 122.114.100.122 (not exact ip, just entering random IP) IP Address of Router : 192.168.1.1 IP Address of HMI : 192.168.1.11 So, can you explain how to use VNC feature using static ip internet connection? What are the router settings required? Do i need to set the ip address of HMI in the same tunnel as static ip provided by internet provider? Also what should be the IP address settings in router & HMI?

it is based on HTML5? it can support remote control or passthrough?
