Note: This video has been posted on Dec 5, 2017, approximately two years ago. Every single file of this mod was posted in a full valid condition and 100% working. I have no idea what has changed to the game or if any new windows update rejects them from (not working). I apologize if this mod isn't working for you anymore due to certain circumstances but I did my best to gather all these mods up so you can have a solid, more fresh gameplay in a very old game such as it is GTA San Andreas.

no textures for snow in lv roads are deafult and palm trees u know a solution ,i use it with modloader

I just downloaded basic snow mods ,and its working perfectly for single player but can't join any of the samp servers anyone here know whats the issue may be ?

u got enough ram and gpu but your proccessor freq may struggle it, give it a try
