Trying to do the same swap in an 87K 10 with a 6.2 LS. did you have to remove or notch the front crossmember or use a different oil pan or both?

Wow! Nice. My '84 K10 not near that nice. Of course, mine's been hit more than Joe Lewis, painted twice, create 350 replaced the 305 back in '03. Stick shift 4spd [really a 3 spd w/granny low]. Runs ok. Not for sale.
