I just ran into the same problem with my valve cover. Didn't know that would be an issue

Yeah I had to buy an LS3 style valve cover and just used it on that one side. Not a big deal

I decided to just buy the whole rocker arms to save time on this step

Yeah that is a good option as well

how do these compare to the CHE kit?
@EssMotorsports8 ай бұрын
The CHE is the brass design. Brass is soft and wears. The BTR design would be better for longevity. Ive seen other shop channels say they used to run CHE but switched away because of wear after going back into motor year or two later

Che brass style.. failed 2 summers of weekend street car 😢

Ewww... I think that's why BTR recommends this bearing style.

You are wrong about longevity CHE bushings ftw. BTR lasted about 40000 then my engine was full of needles. Cam is BTR stage 2 with dual springs.

BTR recommends TK002 and they know more than me

I was asking what version Brandon is referring to.

@brandonholliday86401 Willing to bet you had premature failure because of improper installation and had a very aggressive set up with high lift and/or lack of proper oiling.
