It takes around 20mins to warm up completely. Before then it chugs around at low rpm,s. Lots of clutch to smooth it out. Only other annoying thing would be that it cost approx $110 to fill the tank and it takes you around 350-400kms. Everything else is perfect.

Ross Reviews they sure are. I know someone who had one exactly like this but in green and it had black wheels. It’s in Melbourne Victoria not having have been crushed by police like a poor Nissan R33 Skyline. It’s with someone in Melbourne who loves it exactly the same percentage as I love it and the white one and all other HSV Maloo’s. When you get a chance can you please find out the date and the Month that beast was built please. I know it was built in 2016. The build date with it’s month and date is on the HSV plate which is on the same side as the steering wheel under the bonnet. Look forward to that cold air intake video on your XR8.

Can just tell from your reaction compared to that white Barre ute with 400+rwks that the barra was a different ball game.. you can see in your face when the boost kicks in on the falcon that it's not a toy.. your reaction in this ute isn't as shocked or adrenaline pumped.. my mate had a 300rwkw vyss ute and I had a 230rwkw xr6 turbo and the xr6 is much more impressive even with the substantial power difference.

Turbo lag, Im a ford enthusiast but if i had to choose id own a supercharged v8 holden over a turbo 6 ford, trying to anticipate that ever so slightly inconsistent sudden boost of power can get a bit too much with lack of traction!

Is it me or threes no heated seat buttons and also looks like the A/C is not on, hum i wonder why when its a WA car as well, which gets to over 45 some days? you can tell by all the sand near the curbs on the roads, lol :) Always like the maloo and the VF LSA, mainly because its a ute and only in Australia can you get a Ute with over 600hp at the rear wheels, now the problems is this unless you really drive it hard its a waste of money if you ask me, meaning that much power needs to be unleashed at the track 1/4 days and that way most of the running gear will settle in and bed itself in and thus you will always have a good running car especially if you look after it oil, every 5,000KM and the pads on those do not last long especially if hard brakes are applied as well? also not cheap at all to fix pads and rotors if driven hard, unless you upgrade the rotors and use better quality pads, brembos are real good, but expensive compared to other brands IMO, cheers and love the car and maybe put a inter chiller on it due to the extreme heat soak, that way you can drive in any weather and have the coolest air going into the supercharger. ,especially for WA weather in summer and you can switch the inter chiller off during winter cold days, not that Perth has 5 degree days anyway? :).

Aircon was def on the whole review. These have never come with heated seats. Interchiller will be looked at if the retail price drops as they are not cheap in OZ.
